It’s not exactly the stuff of roadside diners and pickup trucks. In fact, country music star Alan Jackson ’s immense Nashville-area home, which has just hit the market for $23 million, is perhaps more suited to the CEO who manufacturers the pickup trucks than the cowboy-booted, Stetson-wearing guy who drives one.

Currently the most expensive listing in the rapidly inflating Nashville/Williamson County area, the Franklin, Tenn., home measures in at a whopping 22,000-ish square feet with 5 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The lavishly appointed stone manor, the land for which was purchased in 2009 for $795,000, was designed by architect Ron Farris and completed in 2011. The house sits on four hilltop acres surrounded by manicured gardens and shielded by 120 acres of woodland that offer the Tennessee troubadour some stunning scenery.
