Alan Jackson Seeks $23 Million for Massive Tennessee Manor House

The dark wood is abated in the dreamy, cream-colored master suite that offers a private sitting room and towering arched windows that open to small Juliet balconies. The master bathroom is more of the same with pale beige polished marble floors and alabaster-hued drapes. A soaking tub floats in the center of the room with a view of the woods through arched French doors.

Outside, the quarry’s worth of stone it took to construct this place is on display, from the fireplaces, arched loggias, idyllic pool and pool house, to the aircraft hanger sized garage that’s capable of accommodating 15 cars.

Alan Jackson is one of country music’s most successful artists. He’s sold 75 million records worldwide andpicked up two Grammys and 16 Country Music Awards in the process. The spoils of his success have allowed him to invest heavily in Nashville-area real estate, selling another mansion in 2010 for $28 million after initially listing it for $38 million. The crooner also owns 84 undeveloped acres outside of Nashville that he purchased for $3.6 million in 2017.
