Tanya Tucker was admitted to a hospital on Wednesday (July 14) for emergency surgery on a fractured hip, forcing the cancellation of her remaining live dates in July.
“It is with regret that we have to cancel all shows for the remainder of July as Tanya has been admitted to the hospital today for an emergency hip replacement surgery as an MRI has revealed a hip fracture that requires immediate attention,” reads a statement shared by Tucker’s team with Duluth, Minn. ABC outlet WDIO.
The first shows impacted are dates this weekend in Wisconsin: Friday (July 16) at Country Thunder Wisconsin in Twin Lakes and Saturday (July 17) at Big Top Chautauqua in Bayfield.
